Back to Exercise after having a Baby....

You may feel like you’d like to do something but you’re not sure what.

You know your body has changed & been through a lot but where do you start? You may still be recovering from birth experiencing ab separation & concerned about your pelvic floor, yet you want to feel stronger & more in control of things.


It may be easy to think, I’ll do what I’ll do before pregnancy & you may be really keen to get out for that run & have some freedom again!


My Programme is designed to kick start your postnatal exercise journey. Its meeting you where you are at & getting you on a path to stronger. Whatever kind of birth you have, there will be a period of recovery & then its about reconnecting & restrengthening your core muscles to start the rebuilding phase. Correct core training & good nutrition can really go along way here.

I will guide you along the way tailoring the process to your needs & your lifestyle. I recognise changing behaviours & working on yourself can be tough, but with the right mindset, right approach & right support in place, change is possible & you can achieve your goals.


Whether you’re new to strength training or find yourself in a new life stage & not sure how to adapt or where your start point is, I can provide the necessary expertise to support you on your journey.


My approach is always to start with you & where you are at. Personal Training is about personable expertise to you - a focus on getting you to your goal, providing you with the education & tools to get there quicker than on your own.

about me

I’m Kate, a Personal Trainer, a Nutritionist & a degree in Psychology.

I’m a Mum of Two (10 years & 6 years).

I've been a Personal Trainer since 2018, but fitness & staying active has always been a big part of my life.


I exercised through both my pregnancies, determined to keep that identity going, even with a growing bump. Fast forward to 2017 & having my second child, I took the leap to make my passion, my career. I realised there was little guidance & advice for staying strong through pregnancy & beyond having children. I had so many questions unanswered & learn the hard way. I now know the absolute importance of keeping strong, keeping healthy & making time to focus on you around a busy life.


I feel I can be the best version of me, when I've spent time doing something for me. My approach with clients on making changes, is to be realistic, be practical & set yourself up for success. To focus on building consistency & confidence in what you're working for, not letting 'one bad day' or one missed workout ruin your overall progress.


I'm a firm believer on finding what works for you & your lifestyle. I can give guidance but its up to you to implement, test, refine & we work together to find a lasting solution. Thank you for being here.

Kate has supported me both physically & mentally through two big life events - my wedding and pregnancy but also everything in between. I started my sessions with Kate in May 2019 with the aim to tone up for my wedding day. I’ve always exercised but with Kate, I really saw results and felt amazing in my wedding dress so I continued my PT sessions after the wedding. It was good to have some accountability to keep me on track through day to day life
